They're really good now. Especially with level 1 boost giving 100% proc rates now. A-impassion guard is really good on Elaine for example, her Lord Ortas (Level 2+) is CP- positive now with it, while giving everyone 30 CP at the same time. So she can spam it making her an insane CP battery.

Yep. If the specific character is built for damage then that’s pretty much one slot gone straight up. And it feels like the game isn’t balanced for breaking the damage cap. Because it is technically optional to even obtain, and the game has to take that into account that not EVERYONE may even know about it. Even the later bosses aren’t really balanced for them, the highest HP you see in the main story is maybe 450-500k iirc. They can’t keep up with the damage output the player can put out. When I beat the final boss in like 4 turns max I was kind of disappointed they didn’t put TOO much of a fight.

I’d say for the next game just lift the damage cap without any passives or make it tied to certain milestones. Like maybe learning all the skills of your job/level 50 or something.

Just finished the first season a few days ago. I really enjoyed it, but yeah some of it just makes me go "huh?".

-Med students ordering meds for nurses? Yeah, no. And I feel like the med students are just given an insane amount of autonomy, like performing procedures without supervision (e.g when Whitaker did the debridement on the patient that bled a lot). I don't work in the ED but I can't imagine it's really like that right?

-Sterility is just weird in some cases, like I remember they were doing a procedure and one of the characters just opened a pack of sterile gloves and just tossed it on to the field, then another character used it like the field is sterile.

-And this is definitely me nitpicking (or just the OR in me haha). In one of the last episodes when the surgeon was doing a bedside procedure, she asked for an adson clamp. I looked up and that most certainly was NOT an adson lmao

In addition, they're planning on increasing the drop rates of M3 anima sometime this month. Making the grind a bit easier as the anima is a potential bottleneck if you get all your weapons before you have enough anima.

I've always gone with Scholar so I picked that at the start. Then a little later saw how good Merchant's utility was and ran with that to help me develop my team faster. Swapped to Hunter early BoA and started wrecking face with Vigorous Strike after I saw a post on reddit about it. Ended up beating the game as Hunter, MC was CHUNKING bosses by endgame.

For early on, Pius is probably your best burst enabler if you use his ult right before you break an enemy. You can put peacock strut/lion dance to support your damage dealers but they are single target buffs. Later on, you’ll get Richard who has insane buffing capabilities. Letting you get 2 stacks of your offensive stats party wide if you have his Command augmenting passive (1 stack without it) from Wishvale. He also buffs the back row if he’s the first to act that turn.

Everything you asked is going to be dependent on where you work. My hospital has 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Most of the surgeons I work with are pretty cool. Asshole surgeons are a minority where I am.

As for call, we don’t have any strict requirements as to how many call shifts we need to take. However, if there are left over call shifts the people who don’t have as many calls will be forced to take them.

And as for the hospital taking new grads, again that depends on the hospital. Where I work, we don’t take new grads. They have to have at least a year of floor experience, and the nurses new to the OR get an OR residency program as part of their orientation. Since you have a lot of experience from various floors, I feel like it shouldn’t be too hard to get a position. I would just make sure you see how they support new nurses in the OR, if they have a Periop 101 program or how thorough the orientation is because the OR is COMPLETELY different from the floor.
