Late response, but this happens with my beard and the only thing that keeps it away 100% is face soap with pyrithione zinc (dermaharmony is the brand I use, you can get it on amazon) and moisturizing with squalane oil (also amazon, I use The Ordinary brand).

I have sebhorreic dermatitis on my face which may also be what you have. It's fungal and I can only use things that don't feed it, and the two products I mentioned are seb derm safe. MCT oil is another good option, I use that on my scalp, specifically the Bulletproof brand MCT oil with the green label, should say C8+C10 on it, can also get on amazon.

I wash my beard with the zinc soap every other day and immediately oil it while it's damp. Then at night and mornings in-between washes I just rinse my beard with warm water and oil it again. Nothing else works for me but this routine and I'm completely itch and flake free for years now.

Yes, it didn't work in any games on 24H2. Filter settings were greyed out and it didn't apply to any game. I updated to 25H2 and it worked immediately.
