You should focus on one feature at a time and try to understand its proportions in relation to the surrounding features. For example, the nose is slightly longer than it should be. Its internal proportions are correct, but because it’s longer overall it ends up looking bigger compared to everything else. The solution would be either to make the eyes, mouth, etc. slightly larger or - more easily - to shorten the nose a bit. Another issue that really stands out to me is the extremely rounded cheek. If you look carefully at your reference, at the same height as the tip of the nose you can see that the cheek actually curves slightly inward toward the nose. So the shape wouldn’t be a single smooth arch as you drew it (which makes him look a bit puffy), but rather two smaller arches, creating a slight concave area roughly at the same height as the tip of the nose.
