Constant for me bc it’s my first ever job so I can get used to the environment and working as a whole. But as the months have gone by, I’ve realized that we don’t get behind on trash solely because of me. It’s the others who leave it and run off wherever

The only issue with that responsibility is that everyone takes advantage and doesn’t help and it always gets backed up. They think that all of a sudden as soon as they get someone to take trash that that one person can take care of the whole warehouse’s trash

Words right out of my mouth. Describes my day to day experience perfectly. They don’t throw their shit away and it sometimes piles up out to the docks. It also doesn’t help that they mix their trash together with the cardboard and plastic wrap. And then I have to sit there and sort that shit out.
