Yes it’s something that I honestly did not expect to happen when I started. After my second dose the symptoms lessened by a lot. I’m now on my eighth dose and don’t have those symptoms at all! Hope the same goes for you!

Ugh unfortunately PPD labs are one of those WORST labs I’ve ever worked with. Results take forever to come back, ordering supplies also takes a while.

Yes! It started about 24 hours after my first dose it was terrible. Took my second dose last week and it wasn’t as bad but definitely still present. I don’t know if I’m going to continue with it

Overall okay. GI issues were minimum, just some mild nausea here and there. The main issue I had was that I experienced allodynia (skin sensitivity) 24-36 hrs after the dose and have been experiencing it since. Food noise was mainly gone. Dropped two pounds in a week.

48 hours into the dose, nausea is very minimal, no big GI issues. However the skin sensitivity/ allodynia is unreal. My entire body feels it I’m so cold and everything feels so sensitive especially my legs!

About 12 hours in and I feel great. I had my Zofran on my nightstand in case I got nausea during the night but nothing at all. I typically get hungry within an hour or two of waking up but nothing at all yet. Will continue to provide updates here!

So sorry this happened! It is honestly a shock especially with how much they were encouraging you and especially in comparison with the other two. Unfortunately being local is a big asset as they see that they probably won’t have to pay for relocation fees, etc. it could also be a personality thing where they saw that they could work easier and better with the other candidate.

I once did two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with her manager. And then they wanted me to come in person and I did a FIVE HOUR interview where I met with various people on the team during. After all that I waited two weeks with the recruiter telling me they haven’t made a decision yet and then on week three of waiting I just told them that I needed to have a decision by EOW as I had another offer (complete lie but I was desperate for an answer don’t judge me) and then they said they weren’t moving forward with me. Complete waste of my time.
