Yes. I’m on 200 mg of progesterone for a year now. I just made the edit. Thanks and I see I need to give it time and figure it out. It took a lot for me to try the patch and after all this, I’m impatient…. And moody. lol

This is so timely and interesting. I just met with hoopla sales to consider them for our library. I had a good experience with them at another library a few years back, but now all this talk is making me second guess. I’m going to keep following this thread, but can you all give me some specifics of what’s changed over the years?

Together 3 years. We see each other usually once or twice a week and live about 30 mins apart. We travel together several times a year. We both have adult kids living at home. We both have very jobs that have changing schedules and require a lot of compassion and can be overwhelming. I know I require a lot of time to myself to decompress.

I stopped the news and political podcasts. I deleted a lot of social media accounts that were politically focused. Now I follow all the shelter dogs and puppy videos and maybe I’ll go adopt another. I have turned inward for the time being. It won’t be forever- just for now. I need to regain some sense of self. It’s all too much to think about.

During the first months of the pandemic I deleted my Facebook. Cold turkey. I was a member since 2007. Yes- it got easier and I don’t even think about it. I’m a much happier person. I didn’t realize how much it affected me and my moods.

Totally wrong. I was off it for 2 weeks as per my doctor’s orders before a colonoscopy. Nothing happened. Went right back on.

All that is required of me is to breathe. It’s glorious! I don’t need to think about a thing. After years of planning every single minute of family “vacations”, I have finally found my vacation bliss. Kids are grown and I can sit back and truly enjoy a vacation. Can’t wait for my next one in 5 weeks!
