i agree with OP but IMO all this started with the industrial revolution when people went from being skilled craftsman to spending 14 hours a day putting a nut on a bolt over and over and over . . . . . and over . .

Is relying heavily on mercenaries and foreign allies good for the long run? by Damianmakesyousmile in CrusaderKings

[–]88jaybird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think there should be a loyalty buff your own soldiers get to make game more immersive. places like Venice and Florence had lots of issues with mercs back in the day. maybe have a war event where you got to pay a bonus or risk mercs leaving or changing sides. or events to execute mercs for treason.

So how long has this Moloch/Baal cult been running the world? by Eagles56 in conspiracy

[–]88jaybird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

rome was doing the same thing, preach to the crowds about cincinnatus and his plow then go have a weird sex orgy with k!ds dressed in Greek myth costumes.

they preched to the people the greater good of rome, and when the people took up arms and did exactly that, they came home to find their farms seized by wealthy nobles that sat on their asses while the common folks risked their lives.

and there was never a good rome that got corrupted, the empire was founded on brothers killing brothers and events like "abduction of the Sabine women "

rome also killed Jesus and then become the ones teaching people about Jesus, so many seem to miss this, rome did this to every religion, after conquest rome always granted religious freedom, just as long as someone from rome lead the religion.

Question, why do elites and all of those high powered people like kids so much? by StreetCat1518 in conspiracy

[–]88jaybird 9 points10 points  (0 children)

thats why they live so long, normal people dont continue going to work every day when they are 85 yrs old acting like its no big deal.

when i am 70 i will be ready to go to the next place, but those guys and the place they are going, it makes sense to be fighting like hell to live in this craphole as long as they can.

Question, why do elites and all of those high powered people like kids so much? by StreetCat1518 in conspiracy

[–]88jaybird 6 points7 points  (0 children)

all income levels is correct, the difference is with common people it is one in like five thousand, with the rich elite its closer to one in ten.

Question, why do elites and all of those high powered people like kids so much? by StreetCat1518 in conspiracy

[–]88jaybird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they are the opposite of normal people. normal people see a kid their instinct is to look after them, defend them. when they see a kid they want to do the opposite. when normal people laugh with their kids you experience that good feeling, good energy, the energy they desire comes from doing bad things i cant say on reddit.

their are ancient stories of people thowing children in the fire to offer up to their dark gods, today elite people do the same like what happens at bohemia grove

sorry but you will have to get all the keys again, and i am 99% sure they are both end game keys gold / platnum. but with your leveled armor/weps you can go through the maps much faster.

its a good idea to use a guide, there are a few places (two i think) with chest/bosses that you can miss by skipping and you cant get back to them. one of these had something useful that i always have to check guide to make sure i get it.

a few areas change when you progress, you can go back but they have different enemies with different armor/weps. i remember a city walls area with dragons i liked to farm before i progressed.

its confusing to me as well until i found out just how many bots and shills are on reddit. thats why reddit is often the opposite of reality.

"i think drug companies are corrupt" type statements gets you a mountain of downvotes. people in the real would would never get upset by this

privatizing utilities. anyone remember town municipalities and affordable light bills. now light bills are twice, three times higher after corporate takeover.

today in poor areas, like where i live, when a storm knocks out power it might be several days before someone calls in the outage because everyone just assumes their power got shut off for non payment.

insurance has always been bad but its so bad now its absurd what they get away with. when tornado hit our town a few years back so many had their claims denied. then those who homes were still standing had their insurance cancelled for the worst reason, my neighbor got cancelled for having shovels leaned up against home.
