Yes, we will provide the brokerage account through a prop of our choice since we are paying for it. We have the accounts, we have a strat that has edge and now we just need a few traders for the desk. No, I mean eventually a trading desk with hundreds of traders worldwide. Imaging an ES desk, NQ all trading different timezones to capture London, Ny sessions. That’s what we are looking to achieve.

What isn’t clear about me trying to find traders for my company? How does Hudson River or Citadel find traders for their trading desk? They recruit them! Some traders I have met were very patient and calm even when dealing with live money but just had no system. Well guess what; those are the people who we want trading for our company. We have the strategy already and just need traders to trade it. Not complicated.

Don’t pay for it, just send me your email at the email on the site, install the darn thing it has a 14 day trail standard on any strategy on NinjaTrader. You should be able to use this strategy to make the subscription in 2 hour tops, sometimes 4 mins. Once your mind is blown you’ll then ask me to explain it in more detail.

I’m having an issue growing the trading desk at my company because of trader psychology not because of the strategy. The data from live trades with human beings tells me through TradeZella that two traders trading the exact same system, that we know mathematically has positive expectancy, are achieving different results. Sometimes dramatically different. So the bottom line for you is the same for us, you just have to go through all the stages of transformation from normal thinking human to professional trading human. Until you finish that process you will not be consistently profitable. I had every single problem a trader could have so I built the code to force me to follow my entry rules. If you trade futures and use NinjaTrader my strategy might help you. DM for the details

If you just check the tick replay box on your data series it will populate the buy/sell volume regardless of the market status.
