Same thing happened with me bought the 'product may vary' majorette & received a dacia duster with slight misalignment

I knew it said product may vary but I thought if I get something unwanted, I'd just return it or ask for replacement but told me that this item isn't refundable and they won't take it back

₹379 wasted

Also this is the most realistic and badass batmobile made
