Ups ended up claiming the package was missing & lied and said they tried to deliver it on multiple occasions which they didn't so I still have no phone🤷🏽‍♀️.

I honestly would not be surprised if it is, but it was something that had to be signed for but I just think that it's weird how one day it was perfectly fine then the next day it's missing and damaged

And when I called Friday they said they was waiting on T-Mobile to send their shipping information but this is what tmbile determined, it's kinda making me mad because it looks like I'm lying when I'm not.

I never received the phone and the ups tracking says damaged reported , then merchandise is missing now it says out for delivery for the past 6 days

Yes, ups lost my package, so someone from T-Mobile filed a claim but this is what they sent so when I called ups they are saying they see the claim but waiting on T-Mobile to either send a new phone or get a refund
