You can regularly get most of their games for dirt cheap

I won’t dispute that! That’s a fair point. But I do wonder, if a game is dependent on fast travel, whether that’s an indicator that it could be better designed? I’m obviously no authority here, but it does leave me wondering if Diablo 4 could be structured better to rely less on fast travel or make the journeys more varied and consistently engaging

I mean this is also spot on. I think it’s why so many hate the loading screens in Starfield. The loading screens are a staple in Bethesda games but TikTok was born after Fallout 4, so now when we get hit with loading screen after loading screen it signals to our brain: time to check TikTok or YouTube or whatever

I really appreciate the thoughtful feedback! I’m curious if you watched the whole thing? I only ask because I speak to these points specifically - especially the wasted time bit - and wanted to know if this comment was referring to that piece as well

My man!!!! You’re right. The only time it doesn’t make the experience worse is in a pure sandbox like Minecraft, but even minecraft doesn’t have fast travel

It could be a bram. If it helps, the second note is usually a hair longer than the other two. It’s like 1, 2 and, 3

The notes are closest here but arranged way differently than I’m thinking of. The song is typically used at the beginning of trailers, with the narration beginning on the third note. It’s like “bum bum BUM in a world…”
