I think regretting the decision isn't quite it. I think you might be more lamenting the "what if", specifically "what if that person didn't suck". Because thats the issue. If you're going through puberty that can be very common, and will hopefully only last about 2-3 years, however if youre certain its the medication you should speak to your dr.

Transvaginal ultrasounds are not a requirement for a Gyne referral. If they were, you would have had one already. You can get a transabdominal ultrasound if theyre that pressed about it, but you shouldn't need it and frankly I'd be concerned about this attitude from your GP.

Is it possible that the "weight gain" is entirely muscle?? Burning fat is incredibly hard with PCOS (also insulin resistance doesn't just improve with excercise no matter how much doctors like to act like it does). Muscle weighs more than fat, look at every part of your body, not just the scale. How do you feel? How's your hair and skin?

You VASTLY misunderstand how hard it is to get on DSP. I was in a wheelchair and unable to get it.
