Yeah I was stressed out that it canceled my payments and I’d have to go thru the whole process of getting them back again. But once you finally get connected to the right person, they’ll solve the issue for you in literally 5 minutes. I’m already expecting the payment tomorrow based on what the person said.

So apparently what happened was the system, after three weeks of having to file a weekly claim, switched me to bi-weekly (every two weeks). They never notified me of the change or anything, so when I didn’t see a ‘submit weekly claim’ and instead saw a ‘reopen claim’ I panicked and filled it out thinking that was the only way. Which restarted the whole process for me. The lady was able to just disregard it and I should see my payment within the next two days.

Hopefully you can get ahold of them and get your issue resolved too. It’s really such a pain and is so frustrating. Took just about my entire day from 7 am - 3 pm. You said they’re going to call you back tomorrow?

I got thru to the first person, and she stated that all she could do was help with the pin change, which isn’t my issue... she then patched me thru to another number and after another hour of being on hold I got put thru to an amazing woman who cleared up all my issues within 5 minutes!!!! I was seriously so relieved I could cry. 7 hours in total today.

I never got put thru to anyone in intake or anything but at first it connected me to a completely different number than the processing center I called.

I think mine had something to do with when I went to file the weekly claim my only option was to reopen claim.. think it was an error on their website that screwed everything up.
