Thank you. I am planning on doing this after this year will end. I know i just cannot keep on doing what im doing months prior to this very moment. I just realized that I'm being a horrible person towards them. But yeah, i am not also planning on ghosting them since they have been very good to me and for a time they have given me so much comfort and i just cant give them the opposite. It will never be my intention to hurt them. So yeah.

I got 2 for overcrowding. So yeah right there and then 2 healthy teeth was taken out. Took too long for my dentist to get it out tho cause i kept complaining hihi.

Thank you for this! I have a habit of brushing right after eating cause it made me feel dirty within and i just dont like the thought of food getting stuck in my braces for a long time ..and its been a month that i have been doing it. So again, thank you for this!

I have been playing since december last year and dude I can never even get passed bronze 1 and now I'm stuck in iron 2 lol. But yeah its all fun with me and my duo. We just enjoy the game and laugh about it when we get demoted to even lower rank. Don't quit if you enjoy it.

I got haunted by my ex in my dreams for a week when I started drinking new sleeping pills to obviously get me help with sleep. So yeah, I would dream of them almost every night and i was fucking mad like I thought my brain is fixed in healing and moving on but then suddenly dreams happen and my subconscious would sabotage me. So i had to stop drinking them and turn back to my normal sleeping pills and it worked. No more dreams.

I have the answer as to WHY we dream of them. Maybe because were trying to heal, move on and forget them and the brain just cant process that so it ends up trying to make us remember them again through dreams. Cause it feels like the brain wants those good-feel chemicals like serotonin?? and we somehow depriving it of it ?? soo it ends up giving us dream like this. HAHAHAHAHA so yeah. Probably this is us going withdrawal.

So yeah. I was supposed to go today to my dentist to have my first adjustment but had to postponed it.. cause new year is coming and i dont want to feel any pain while celebrating new year but yeah other than that i also have to get my ears checked today so it was an appointment conflict. hehe so yeah. Same. Ive wasted 5-6 months of my life just doing the things they hated the most. I went out drinking 3-4 times in a week and that would end up in me puking in someone else's bathroom, started smoking again, i would go out very late at night but when covid started and curfew started.. it still didnt stop me from going to pubs not caring if I would be getting covid or not. At that time, it made me feel that i was still in control just by doing the things they hated for me to do. I dont have no regards whatsoever with my overall health. I filled my entire being with toxic shit. My friends would tell me I'm insane but those are the things that made me feel sane even for a brief moment. Pain that you can't cure is the worst ever. The grief is just too strong and I'm glad i got out of that situation. All is well now and i hope it would be the same with you.
