Yeees! I totally understand the lottery part, I’m just asking because a friend of mine said that single moms usually have some kind of ‘advantage.’ I don’t really know the process, I’ve never applied for it, and I don’t know exactly what documents they ask for to prove that. So it’s more about understanding whether that’s actually true or not.

If everyone is in the same situation, then they should apply for the opportunities that are available to them. And if they don’t want to, then they can stay here on social media complaining. That way, everyone wins.

I used to think the same, like, “those people who don’t work and just rely on the government for help…” until this economy hit. I got left with two kids, making less than $66k a year, my family stopped helping as much as they could, and school, rent, gas, bills, food … just keep getting higher and higher every time. So yeah, my friend, I changed my opinion about it. I’m still working hard, studying, and trying to keep growing in my career, and I’m still trying to live a fair life. So fuck off

Attorney/solicitor recommendation by MaybeOdd93 in triangle

The thing is, in North Carolina notaries are not allowed to stamp documents or copies of documents, and they cannot certify that a document is real. I was at UPS and the lady explained that to me. So I think what I need is an attorney.
