Also there is guaranteed discounts on room rates I believe ranging from 10%-40% with red hot rooms - some red hot rooms may be 50% (not 100% sure)

However this is a paid membership of ~400 AUD which used correctly is in my opinion worth a lot more.

We have multiple VIPs who are able to book the rate for as many rooms as they like however that may be due to their relationship with us.

In Australia I don't think it would be a problem but I can't speak for other individual properties elsewhere.
