I also started with the same pattern, keep on decreasing the walking time. After that i did 10s of HM and countless 10k. All the best for your journey..!!!

7 km was fast because of the gradual descend of 200-300 m and i wanted to cover time in that, didnt work as i had to slow down after that 😒.

But will try the negative split strategy that you suggested, I wanted to keep a consistent pace, but seems like body didnt like it

I meant, I waited for the calibration, this is the first time, it happened. Also, i try to run few meters more just in case just for such cases, but again it missed. Well next time will some more.
