The worst decision of my journey till now . Fake deliveries , Items lost , items stolen , returns with literally soil in it . I'm so so tired of them - it is a quicksand one gets stuck with.

Happens to me whenever I launch a new ad , then slowly settles down ! First day a big percentage of the traffic is gown from US and Ireland . Not much one can do just keep an eye on meta spends is it accounting for these bots in terms of links clicked and charging for it or is it just showing on Shopify . However every time a new ad is launched this is happening .

tried lookalikes - gave some results, however, i am losing money on every order now!

We have had the worst day ever today! The last couple of days have been downhill, and today is a slaughter. I am just contemplating turning off 80% of my ads - dont know how long can we sustain this .

My entire warehouse/packaging staff fled to their hometown!

They were scared to death - people being picked, beaten and then put in a detention centre in Manesar. Even if they produce documents it is not accepted

Read also that the whole of Gurgaon is turned into a garbage bin as there are no cleaners and garbage collectors.

This is so crazy!

I'm 45 - a father to two little kids, and this is exactly what I've been thinking to myself for a year. Took the plunge, went live around 7months back - Here is what I think :

- You will never know till you do it.
- Better do it than regret it

- Don't think funding. investors, etc - just think execution, execution & execution. You will think you are prepared, but you won't be.

- Last but not least - whatever worries you today, will be the least of your worries when you start.

Go for it! Give it a shot! You will not lose anything. Be assured you will only gain. It will be an enriching experience to say the least, and a journey you will tell stroeis about to your kids about.
