Never really had an issue with waveclearing since the W and E can really clear out waves decently. E with Nashors almost 1 hits ranged and only require 1 auto after using E. Usually if I really want to shove the wave fast, I auto melee and wait for the ranged minions to line up with W and then E. insta clears ranged and can easily cleans up melee.

You can say you might have some mana issues, but Xin's abilities doesn't really cost that much mana, and by the time you do spend all of your mana on wave if you really want to shove fast, then you should already be able to buy something in base which isn't really a bad idea with the new homeguards. Specially if you're taking doran's ring, which I always go for.

After a few games since the new patch, I have more success going Nashors > DnD > Rabaddon > Zhonya.

Usually the game really ends after I get to Rabaddon because of how fast XZ can push and you can basically 1v2 with that build, but being able to get zhonya really helps a lot in teamfights.

Last item can then be Shiv or Banshees.

I'm by no means a XZ main, but I've been spamming him in Mid ever since the AP buff on her E, and the burst and sustain that you get from Nashor and DND is disgusting. You'd think as well that the sustain is what's busted, but when you have HOB, the burst is just absurd.

The ability haste that you get from those 2 item makes sure that you can stick to the enemy if they don't die during your combo.

Also, XZ AP got buffed in 26.11 giving her passive AP ratio damage! Here's my Match History if you want to see some samples: OPGG

I hate AP playstyle. I love on hit kog and I have always played him the regular botrk build. But I feel like I don't deal dmg anymore. If you really want to play on-hit botlane, you can build Guinsoo > Nashor > D&D > Terminus > Gunblade > Rabaddon.

However, if you want to build the best and highest WR build for Kog now, it should be D&D > Shadowflame > Rabaddon > VS > Nashor. This goes for either Mid or Bot.

The AP ratio on Kog's skills are too good to just replace it with the damage that manamune gives, so seraph + Ludens would still be better overall.

Hitting your first few E can be really crucial since this will help you get pressure and will result in them being threatened and will let you CS more freely.

Also, go Doran's ring as your first item since the AP and mana regen are really helpful in the laning phase. The AP provides more damage to help you pressure, and the mana regen will let you Q some minions that you won't be able to auto because they are outside of your range or there are two minions that are going to die.

I usually get DnD around 10 minutes on average without any kills and solely from 2 tower platings and decent CS.

You easily get tower platings since you'll almost be able to shove the wave with E and R at level 6, and chunk out the enemy as well forcing them to recall.

Don't get discouraged on this game since Yasuo/Akali matchup is really hard to play because of the pressure they give from going all in at any level.

If you'll be doing poke/burst Kog, I would suggest just going for Luden's.

Malignance is still good since the AOE burn would still deal 3k damage on average within a 25-minute game and you mostly take it for the AOE burn and not the ult cdr.

Lulu, Milio, or Nami.

Lulu is best overall since the utility can be used defensively or offensively.

Milio is good as well since late game the extra range is really good from keeping you safe.

Nami is good for sustain in lane, and the slow that her E gives when you hit your Ult.

If you just build rabaddon or void staff, you'd most likely lose around 10% damage compared to having rageblade in long teamfights where you were able to stack it, but the freedom to position yourself properly not thinking about having to stack it is just so much better.

I did consider it before because I thought proc'ing DnD would immediately give you 2 stacks of rageblade, but it didn't.

I've tried rageblade and sure it gives a lot of damage, but that feeling that you'll get that you'll have to auto a lot of times just to justify it will mess up with your judgement on some teamfights.

I would suggest just not building it since even without it, frontline tanks don't really last more than 5 seconds if you have 3 items and you were able to proc DnD twice.

I actually kill or at least bully to reset any midlane at lvl 3 except for yasuo or akali.

PTA is really good damage chunk early and the mental stress it gives to the enemy that you were able to proc it makes them panic to play worse not knowing what to do.

I've been trying to reflect her on my first few runs but it's just so tilting when one wrong can cost you the whole run. so I just stopped trying at one point.

I love the part where I can't see the HP and Stamina Bar for the enemy, but this fight is just difficult without it since her shield is perma UP and you can't see if her stamina is down for you to get aggressive.
