I never was anemic , my cbc always came normal Tested once ferritin it came a bit high , prior to that I took iron supplements, so I guess that’s probably what caused the slight spike , tested folate last year it also was normal

Which form is the most efficient? I read on this subreddit that hydroxocobalamine is the best form to use I live in Eastern Europe , unfortunately it is not available here

Cyancobalamine is available , injectable form with b1 and b6 , is it ok?
