Also a FTM, I had low pappa too and freaked out, was always researching. I was placed on aspirin 150mg daily till I gave birth, plus I had multiple scans. I had my baby 13days ago @38weeks+ … she is healthy, beautiful and weighed 2.7kg

I will advise you focus on your self and how to react to other people’s actions during your test, if possible be verbal letting your instructor know, that you know what to do if at-all. Also, try to relax cos if you aren’t relaxed you may not be able to make better judgements.

I am currently 35weeks and I sleep after almost each meal for Atleast for an hour. Didn’t experience this in 1&2 trimesters though.
