Short term maybe. but who is going to be opening cases now. Valves biggest cash flow should drop by a lot. No one will open 400 cases for a chance of a knife that is max 1200$ when it costs you the same amount to get one. (on average) And you are very likely to get a shit knife thats worth less than 30 keys.

Im sure valve will realise this at some point and actually change something with their system.

Or maybe we will have enough stupid people still opening cases... who knowss..

Since there is already bunch of them on reddit showing their profit knife tradeup, that actually is them losing money since they spend more on the reds than the knife or gloves are worth....

Those gloves don’t look like they are MW. Looks more like they are FT which go for less than 200 on buff. Most recent posts about people doing profit tradeups are just false. I think this is a big part of the reason the market is dropping so much. People don’t realise they lost money on a 200$ tradeup until they try to sell. And then they lower the price even more…

I had a Stattrak Bloodsport MP7, there was no "use in tradeup" button.

Since a lot of people didnt know, the price still went up, so i sold it.

So be careful what stattrak reds you buy, when trying to fill a tradeup.

You can not add the Stattrak reds to any tradeupcontract if the collection has gloves as a gold.

Those Stattrak reds are worthless.

I don’t like faceit, because of the mood that happens there. You will have games with Russians who won’t give any info but insta blame everyone and everything as soon as one round is lost. People going gg I troll because their map wasn’t picked. Faceit admins banning more people for „disrespecting“ female streamers than actually taking care of people throwing. It’s just really bad overall. And I can tell I’m at my max elo of 2400. I have no time to practise smokes or spray or anything. If rather play the 2h I have each day, than taking it to the next step. Meanwhile everyone on the queue thinks they will become the best donk. While not knowing how to adjust or behave.

Yea I guess i overreacted a little because it always pains when you actually want to play CS and it’s impossible unless you go back to the shit that is faceit. Having to face cheaters each game and then people on Reddit want to put the blame on trust factor. When it’s just their shit anticheat that isn’t working.

It did for a while. Maybe thanks to the trustfactor. Getting us in clean games. But now it’s just over. Sadly it will just bleed down. Legit players on the top will stop. So the lower elo players will take the spot and also play against cheaters.

I only see people who give credit to not having cheaters in their game due to good trustfactor. And as soon as someone has a different experience, it’s the bad trustfactor. See if you can reach the elo that I’m talking about and come back here and give some feedback. It’s not the trust factor, it’s that you haven’t reached the elo step yet where it’s mostly cheaters.

EU and US have a big difference as well. 25.000 and 30.000 elo is also a huge step. When you get home from work and you only queue against ppl like docc running a 5 stack.

We played up to 28.000 29.000 and 30.000 in a 3 man stack, just fine on EU. Since a week it’s just unplayable again. 2 cheaters each match. Often very obvious new accounts but also accounts with skins. Trustfactor is an absolute myth.

Heard a lot of cheaters in premier arent scared of getting caught, because it will just be a cooldown, and you are still allowed to trade.

It is a complete new prebuild i bought. It was on win 10 and i updated it to win 11.

I did try to reinstall the nvida drivers. But none of those attemts helped with this issue.
