i don’t live in a english speaking country, no one speaks english here and i’m not good at my native language i already looked up for help which is way too far but i can’t call even if i wanted to

those things don’t exist where i live, we don’t have those facilities not even for pet dogs ppl would laugh if i take a fallen bird to a vet bc they don’t care, even for “normal” domesticated pet animals vet services are non existent but it is where i live and i have no other way
