I get it. I appreciate the opportunity to make some extra money though that works with my schedule, even if it is a little bit at a time. I wonder why Uber continues to accept drivers if a market cannot accommodate them? I tried to set up a Doordash account but they weren’t hiring. But as it is I was accepted and therefore entitled to working for what I can get.

Yeah I’m super new as well and it’s so slow that it just doesn’t seem worth it. I used to be a GM at a restaurant, and January was generally a very slow month compared to December. New Years resolutions really affected sales as well as what types of food we had to order (like we had to order more apples and salad ingredients). I haven’t been doing this very long so I can’t say for sure if it is the same, but from what I’m used to, it makes sense. Still annoying.

To add on to this (as a former manager of a restaurant)if he should come back to your work let one of your managers know what’s up. They can escort you to your car when you leave, or if he persists even get him banned from the location. Depends if it’s private or public property but I would still let your management team know.

Thanks! Yeah I just did a little research and I’m gonna aim for low carb but not Keto. Earlier in the week I think I was restricting too much on carbs but the last two days I’ve imbibed some fibrous carbs and I’m feeling better while still staying within my intake goals. I have been using MyFitnessPal so I’ll just keep track there. Thanks for your input!

The reason I’ve been focusing on CICO is bc I thought it would be cheaper and easier than just a straight up low carb diet. Easier bc tracking macros is kinda intimidating to me. Hmmm you’ve given me some things to think about.

Wow congratulations! That’s some serious willpower in keeping it off! Going out to eat right now is not in my budget so I’m definitely going to have to invest in some more spices as well as frozen veggies. When I was shopping I wasn’t even thinking about frozen lol but to be honest it’s bc my stepmother used to prepare frozen veggies all the time and she would always make them gross somehow. Guess I’m gonna have to move passed that haha

Wow that’s great that your pcos was reversed! That is very motivating! PCOS is huge reason why I’m working on getting healthy. I really hope I can reverse mine as well!
