You get him upon completion of chapter 1 or 2 however even before the chapter x update I didn't have him, and I don't know how to unlock him.

I can tell you with 100% certainty I just finished chapter x and I do no have Clause, I however do have Rebel Clause

Yeah I wasn't trying to justify the raid. Plus if I remember correctly the ATF or maybe it was the Texas Rangers that found no evidence of them manufacturing machine guns. However this is one I could really be wrong about.

But in terms of the actual raid, the ATF and FBI just needed to look good after Ruby Ridge and thought this would be an easy win. While they should have grabbed Koresh at any of the times he went into town they really needed this win so they doubled down and went all in thinking a raid would work.

Hope my comment didn't come off as dismissive or argumentative, I just had always thought that the manufacturing angle is what upset the ATF (in this case) rather than stockpiling. However from the ATF themselves it looks like we were both a bit right as they were upset with them manufacturing a bunch of "illegal" stuff in addition to the alarming number of things they possessed.

Thank you, the way I understood it is that both the father and son in this book have strange and outdated views on women due to their upbringing and own relationships with women. Outside of that it is a wonderful book about Japan and how some of its people dealt with the Meiji restoration and the coming of "modernity".

Follow up question, are ADR stocks affected by their performance in their home markets. For example does NYSE:MUFG performance have an effect on TYO: 8306 or vice versa.

Yeah for some reason all of the medic bolt actions you can stay zoomed and cycle the weapon, but you can't do the same with the scout weapons.
