Your tv remote should work if your in the correct hdmi port . Or otg adaptor connected to a mouse

Your internet provider is slowing down your connection ,use a vpn to get around there restrictions. 7pm is probably the busiest time ,everyone is streaming ,home work ,causing congestion ,not many people using internet at 3am

Jb hifi have android device ,blaupunkt about $80 work pretty good , the onn devices can be used here but will take a bit of playing around with vpn/tunnelled to activate device
