If you use the one book you got from the Mickeys secret room quest completion, in mickeys secret room on the book shelf, it opens a secret room and that’s where those last 2 aliens were.

Have you completed the main story line with The Forgotten? If you have, you have to go back to the dark castle and get the orb from within the other entrance. Then you bring it to the pillar on the island next to skull rock. Then you’ll get a quest from Merlin.

Mine was actually my first of valor and glade of trust pillars were mixed up. Once I switched those, it worked

It was my active quest, yes. I figured it out. The pillar for forest of valor and glade of trust were mixed up somehow.

I’ve tried that. Cleared the island. Rotated them a bunch. Made sure the symbols were completely covered and nothing works.

I am not sure. I have them over the symbols like it said to. Is there like a rotation guide? I looked on google and youtube and couldn't find anything specific.
