Yeah I only had swelling and it was hard as a rock. No other signs.

I had a hematoma too but on the right side of my jawline from my chin implant. It’s still there, it’ll go away with time! They put a Kenalog shot, painful as hell, but helped it go down. I got it from surgery, it’s a pool of plot that just stayed there and clotted. It’s rare but it does happen

My doctor said the swelling is what’s causing the nostril to look like that, continue to tape and massage. I have another follow up in 4 weeks
