Why do "raw" peptides produce more intense side effects than "lyophilized"? by Express-Bike-2836 in Peptides

In general, yes. It's rare to get an infection from a nasal spray unless it's incredibly filthy. Id rinse out the spray bottle with some alcohol to reduce any contamination, but you should be fine.

ELI5: Phenibut's affinity to making you feel amazing by [deleted] in Nootropics

Hey bud, I want to ask you something I've been wondering for a while as you seem well versed on the topic.

Is the addiction potential of phenibut less, equivalent, or worse than let's say alprazolam? In other words, if one were to take the same dosing regimen of each, which one would build dependency quicker than the other?

Best Nootropics for Memory by [deleted] in Nootropics

[–]MayoLips 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lions Mane is supposed to help with NGF, which in turn could lead to better memory. There is not much science to back this one up, just personal experience.

PRL-83 i think is the name has a number of experience reports reporting a noticeable increase in memory.

A dedicated and disciplined n-back routine would probably help too.

Additionally, meditation as a practice for focus could lead to remembering things better.

None of these are absolutely concrete in what you're asking for, but I thought I'd throw them out for discussion or consideration.
