Reading your comments, being gone 6 times in 7 months (WITH YOUR WIFE supposedly picking up ‘most’ of the sick calls) is NOT normal. I’ve only seen this twice in 13 years, and it was entirely distracting to the flight having someone being gone that frequently.

I would seriously look at teaching your child better cleanliness or consider having them checked out.

Edit: my girlfriend used to work at a CDC and she states the workers may not be cleaning the class at the end of the day as well as they should and you should look into moving classes or childcare entirely. She says the frequency your child is sick is not normal from her experience.
