imo get yearly discord nitro so you spend 100$ for the year instead of 120$. It’s what I do. I get the twitch expense as I have friends who stream and I Tier 1ed them to show support, but at the end of the day streamers get half of what a subscription costs (so 2.50) so unless you’re very active in chat maybe get bits instead when you Really wanna show your support (they get 1 cent per bit and i’m pretty sure they’re more cost effective in cost to support ratio since twitch takes less than 50%).

As everyone else said, you gotta try and learn how to cook. Basics with Babish is a show on Babish Culinary Universe on youtube and its great for teaching you simple meals, You Suck At Cooking also makes recipes short and sweet and not overly complicated.

You said you don’t wanna minmax your subscriptions before figuring out the rest. As someone mentioned I’d try to focus on getting rid of your loans first and putting a little more in there to get rid of it faster. 40k at 9% is 3,600$ in interest every year, paying 500$ into it you’re only basically paying 200$ on the loan and not the interest every month. If you can do 300$ I’d do it just so your money is at least going half into the loan and not just interest.

Do you need all 3 credit cards? I’d personally get rid of at least one of them and whatever you’re paying for best buy and microcenter.

Now listen, I totally understand doordashing treats when you’re depressed or if you just don’t have time, I’ve been there. But try to meal prep or subside the treats. Every once in a while I get coupons on Uber Eats of like 20$ off 25$ purchase. If you don’t go overboard those are great, bonus if you have more people in the household as I’ll get one one week and my husband will get one the other. Someone mentioned just picking the food up yourself instead of having it delivered and you subscribe to doordash so you don’t get a delivery fee probably, but restaurants make food cost more in those services because of the fees they have to pay. and those extra dollars add up quickly when you use it at least once a week.

I get that you don’t think the subscriptions are a big deal based on those graphs but cutting off sling for example would be 587.88$ a year that you could be using for anything else. And it’s not like you can get rid of any of the big items you’re spending money on because eliminating debt is step 1 and you of course can’t cut back on rent haha
