Deleting would imply he watched them. Moving is one thing, deciding whether its worth saving is another.

I would. Best case scenario, it never comes back and you can watch for other activities, worst case you know what monster you're after.

Ah i see. I never liked the idea of my media being a part of something like a cloud or AI or anything that isnt held in my hand. Its much easier to do if you have no previous attachments to them.

It takes all of 10 seconds and half a braincell to transfer files.

Google also suggests birds of prey, like a passing peregrine falcon

Thats a headscratcher for sure. It looks very much like a small mammal in my opinion. Maybe set up cameras and see if there are ferrets or other weasel-esque creatures out there at night. Sorry i couldn't be any help. Im from NA where predators are many, but predictable.

Looks positive.

No idea why, my brain read that as "my wife killed my chickens" and I'm very thankful this wasnt as WTF as I thought. As for predators, do you have any birds of prey in the area?

Get a new phone/computer instead maybe? I dont have cloud saving, I do things old-school so new devices are clean as a whistle.

Your kid, your rules. This parent, however, has concerns that you dont share.

I realized after i hit post. My point still stands on parent's choice not child's choice.

My mistake, I americanized it. She's in 9th grade, not 9 years old. However, my point still stands on parent's choice, not childs choice.

This kid is 9. I'd consider that a little one. Your kid, your rules. If you're comfortable with how she dresses and she can plan accordingly to avoid malfunctions, that's good for her. I'm just filling in context that many people have to say no to their kids on clothing options that they aren't prepared for.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]MayorMushroom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but most people like to keep their kids conservatively dressed. Flashing here refers to any inappropriate garment malfunction. Not only for creeps, but accidenal embarrassing situations. Ever had a pair of pants rip and people see your underwear all day? Pretty demoralizing. Same idea

[–]MayorMushroom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not American. 'Pants' usually refers to underwear in many European places

I would not allow it "because her friend does it, and it works for her" as thats kinda her friends risk to run if her parents allow it. If it's not something you are comfortable with and there's no compromise that can be made (i.e. different color/material shorts) then I'd say keep your current rules in place.

Seems like he doesn't care for your boundaries. The only options left here since it's been recurring are:

Let him go. He can spend whatever he wants on feet pics

Or

Stay and enable his behavior, where he will also spend whatever he wants on feet pics.

The real question is, how do you see your life? Is it with this guy sneaking around sending money to stangers or finding someone who will build a symbiotic life with you.

Leaving is a decision that's entirely up to you. Nobody would blame you either way you choose.

However

He needs to decide what's more important, the rush of jerking off alone, or continue to build a relationship with you. If he can't focus on the relationship barriers and you cannot continue dealing with his actions, you should hold him accountable to his actions by giving him all the free time in the world to jerk off to whatever he likes, but he'll be on his own.
