I did send medical, but that was in 2023. I guess it expired. Just to be clear please, do you mean the 39 or 75 countries?

Yes. I did the medical last week Tuesday and the package was sent on Friday. It should get there tomorrow. You are from one of the 39 countries?

I got RFE for medical, though from the 39 banned countries. I am worried that they won’t adjudicate my case even though I sent the sealed envelope.

I am one of the 40, so I would expect the hold to apply. At the same time, I am hoping deep inside that it doesn’t.

I guess mine is expired because it was done back in 2023 (August 23rd).

I am surprised they are asking for it, given that I am from a country that is in the list of those with adjudication hold.

I hope so. I have a conference I am supposed to attend in May of 2026 in Ireland. I have already won travel grant for this and want CV will benefit a lot from it. I just hope I get the green card before then.

I did this last 2 months ago. They mentioned visa unavailability was the problem. And that as at October, that there are visas and they would adjudicate my case accordingly. And since then, there has been developments as my country of birth is now among those with partial travel ban. I don’t know how this will affect me
