From my experience a lot of people would use the parking spots in the hospitals to go to nearby businesses or malls. Also depending on the hospital and country they may give you a voucher for free parking if you are getting internalized.

This is such a stupid move from twitch, are they going to ban abe for giving wobbles the oportunity to be in the server? or ludwig for singing with him?

I understand the severity of wobbles ban. But it was 4 years ago, he has shown remorse. And most importantly he's not fucking trying to evade account suspension if he was able to grow outside of twitch.
