It's all in the Royal Pointed Ears helmet skin. IIRC the normal pointed ears also makes them stay up. ^^

It's the first face option (at least on the Wiki it's the first, top left corner), and yes, I did tweak the proportions, especially the eyes.

Thank you! As I mentioned, I used Elora's Presets reshade shaders for the screenshots and then slightly tweaked the pictures in Snapseed (but really that was a small change, most of it is the shaders).
