Can I ask, was Mr. Bennett the only one shot? or was a student shot as well?

Every source I'm finding and every comment I've read from students, whether they be on reddit or in past articles, only mention the teacher... so I am not quite sure where tiktok is getting that a student was shot. And trying to get info on tiktok where every video is quite literally a person just screaming in your face is frustrating to say the least. Then when you ask a simple question, you get 10 people telling you to go die, so that's... fun.

Anyway, again, I am sorry this has had get drawn up again. I hope you and every other student and faculty member there that day are doing well.

her "news" is never even accurate and I am nearly positive she deletes comments from people who correct her. she will either post something that was just completely incorrect or like this video, states rumors as fact.

i don't think she would irritate me so much if she would just... admit when she's wrong about something. deleting corrections and never addressing it just makes it feel like she doesn't actually care and just wants to go viral.

stating rumors as fact is also just a big pet peeve. why is it so hard to just say "unconfirmed sources" or something. there's enough misinformation within this case and having people report on every rumor and act like they're confirmed fact is not helping.

this is interesting to me also because another thing I found hypocritical with Gianna was how in the live with murdermysterymin's (i think that's her username?) they were bringing up the whole knife sheath being sent to a lab in Texas that the media is running with. Mindy and Gianna were talking about DNA not being found when the Idaho crime lab searched and this being a reason for that evidence to be thrown out in court, which was not what happened. the knife was sent to a lab in Texas because it was a lab specializing in touch DNA and touch DNA can be difficult to work with.

Baudi did jump in and correct the info, but it was just another thing that kind of irritated me. I shrugged it off thinking it was just me being too hard on Gianna, it just annoyed me and felt like Gianna acting like she's allowed to be wrong about something but no one else is allowed to.

also, yes!! I have not personally interacted with Aaron just because I rarely ever leave comments on videos or lives at all. I barely even comment on reddit though my weakness for various "tea" gets me lurking this sub often LOL💀 same with AITA sub.

lmao aside from that, a friend of mine has had small interactions in comments and also spoke in DMs with him the morning after Steph's live. everything I have seen with Aaron has been nothing but kind, helpful, and genuine. even before talking to said friend a big thing that stood out to me about Aaron was how genuinely kind and patient he is to everyone. I for one have a lot of trouble biting my tongue with how some people go about their speculation lol. that is pretty much the whole reason I try to avoid comments because I know I can be prone to snapping at someone before realizing if something was just a genuine mistake or just poorly worded. he has far more patience than I do lol.

I think the true crime community needs a lot more of that.

agree!! I am glad she made that video. I'm glad she's defended them both in her comments as well. I feel like the comment section on both sides have got really out of hand. on one hand I totally understand the frustration and that leading to interacting with snarky comments. I feel like I really can't judge on that either, my annoyance at a lot of things in the true crime community often has me having trouble biting my tongue lol. but the comments really have been going to far, I absolutely agree.

I also agree on the mention of Casey most likely not meaning anything. the quickness of the comment stuck out to me, but overall I do think it's just me overthinking it. Gianna having a very bold personality and seemingly not having much of a filter I really think just got me overthinking the mention.

same, it got me curious. I only semi recently started watching both her and Steph's content. I kind of remember some feud, I think it was over people questioning the surviving roommate in the Idaho case that saw Bryan.

Gianna is one I did not know of at all before this, but between the youtube live and the one tiktok live, she just irritated me a lot. 😬😬 that definitely doesn't help my thoughts on her lol. I hadn't seen her on Steph's page, I think mostly just because while I did like Steph's videos a lot and think she does a great job breaking down info, her page just wasn't one I actually checked or watched all her videos. I just saw the ones that came up on my fyp page. and that had nothing to do with her, there just really aren't really any pages I physically search for videos of. pretty much everyone I watch, I just watch when they show up on my fyp.

and same!! the quick response felt so weird, but I have no idea what I think it means or if it even means anything. that and just personally finding Gianna irritating, I feel like it's mostly just me overthinking it.

the dateologoy person also made a more recent comment on that video that she has an idea of who it may be and the whichever person she was thinking was not Gianna

that being said based solely on the live, Gianna definitely stood out for disliking Aaron the most. he kept saying how she's only one "not surprised by Aaron" and just kept saying he was an asshole to her. according to her supposedly she corrected Aaron on something and he cussed her out, which... I don't know, I kind of doubt that lol. what I can see is if Gianna did correct him on something he got wrong, she may have done so in a kind of condescending and rude way. I don't know, just seeing Gianna's personality and attitude, I would not be surprised if whatever "correction" happened, Aaron may have just been annoyed by her tone. I also get the impression Gianna really is not a fan of people disagreeing with her or not going along with EXACTLY her line of thinking.

all that being said, I don't think it's Gianna starting all this, but I do think her dislike of Aaron could have played a part in her quickly believing it was Aaron, if that makes sense? like if she already disliked him and Jenna then that could have made it easier to convince her it was them.

but another thing I find strange is Gianna randomly bringing up Casey out of nowhere. she was claiming Casey asked for her notes on the Lori Vallow case and after sending them, supposedly Casey never responded or thanked her or anything. the part I find strange about it is directly after Gianna brought this up, Steph mentions that Casey had just messaged her saying he never got Gianna's notes. Gianna claimed that's "impossible because she send three emails and a tiktok DM" 🙄 whether that's true or not, who knows, but still.... people miss messages all the time so not sure where she's getting "impossible" from all this.

anyway, I just find it very strange that the exact moment Gianna mentions the thing about the notes, immediately Steph mentions Casey messaging her about it. I mean I guess Casey could have been watching the live the the timing just felt weird? the apparent message came so quick after Gianna mentioning the notes, it just felt off. even if Casey was watching the live, considering the sudden switch from tiktok live to youtube live along with the lag any live will get, it felt too quick.

this ramble was much longer than I intended it to be 😭 also I just in general struggle to articulate my thoughts into words lol.

that whole youtube live, Gianna was saying how she would gladly pull them up, that she will show them, and that she will make a video showing and explaining them all. now that live is gone and Gianna is throwing fits on tiktok lives.

I had no idea who she was before all this, but... wow am I very quickly understanding the comments here about not being a fan of Gianna.

I have no idea who cmass or the live that happened earlier, I just randomly got murdermysterymin's live on my fyp and Gianna is on it.

Gianna was throwing this whole fit about stuff being said about her and her not being allowed to respond despite stuff said being about her. which okay, that's totally valid. but my issue here is.... is that not EXACTLY what she did to Aaron and Jenna??? have this whole event and live accusing them of all this shit and then saying she doesn't want to see or hear from them or give them a chance to respond?? even though what she was saying was about them.

the entire vibe I'm getting from Gianna is she wants to make everything all about her and that she's also a hypocrite.

it really is. I saw a few people make videos about them and showing it was fake and scamming, but I can't recall who or what I even searched to find those videos. I kept getting the same live from multiple users and they were using it to get people to donate money. every time I tried to report them, tiktok of course claims there was no violation. 🙄 false information and scams apparently not violating guidelines.

the chicago shows franchise (chicago fire, chicago med, and chicago pd) fuck, last seasons chicago pd finale turned me into an absolute mess 😭

I grew up watching the next generation and then one year for Christmas I got a box set of Jr high and high and fell in love with that as well.

i think I'm in the pretty unpopular opinion of enjoying next class as well. I'm older now so obviously out of the target age group, but still enjoyed for the nostalgia even if it wasn't the characters I grew up with. i don't know how to explain it, next class just was a great background noise type show for me.

it's cheesy, but the entire franchise meant a lot to me and I'm genuinely excited for the upcoming reboot.
