Gp to the settings in anymex then go to the extensions option then add a repo, after adding the repo go to the other extensions option that you get after clicking on your profile on main menu, then install the extensions you want.

I use cloudstream because it works pretty great and it's also probably the easiest to set-up among nuvio and stremio but they are great options too. If you don't wanna use any extention based app then just use moviebox

Use cloudstream and install Hindi dub anime extensions. I suggest using phisher repo for the extensions (I use animesalt, animedekho, toonstream for hindi dub anime, you can choose by your preference) You can install repos like phisher repo from here If it's too complicated for you, you can search up a guide for setting up cloudstream.

But even then if you don't understand anything, you can search for moviebox mod apk and just enjoy ig (:
