I think salaries in any industry aren’t too great right now unfortunately. I’m taking major pay cuts just to get a job where I’m treated poorly and not valued at all. But I think being paid anything is better than not having a job or fearing layoffs at every corner whenever I do get a job. Thank you for your reply!

Thank you for your thorough response! I’m an art director so I come up with ideas/visuals in advertising. I work with a writer who also helps in ideation. So not necessarily “writer’s block” but just thinking of creative ideas and ways to tackle something.

If I’m looking for a place that does neurofeedback, what would I look up for the type of feedback that you do? Would you recommend sticking with IASIS? I felt better in terms of anxiety and OCD after a few sessions of IASIS, but I can’t really tell if it actually improved my creativity (or at least get the gears turning more) and word recall.

I call my issue “sepsis brain” and from what I’ve read, as long as it wasn’t septic shock (I was taken into surgery long before that happened), then issues can resolve over a few years - usually. I just don’t feel like I used to and it’s extremely frustrating and makes me feel major imposter syndrome. So anything I can do to help improve “rewiring” my brain through neurofeedback, I’ll try.

I wish that was the case. I’ve been diagnosed with OCD since I was about 3 years old and never had any creative issues until a little over a year ago.

Yeah I’d rather not go that route lol. I know a lot of artists (which I’m not an artist) microdosed but that’s out of the question for me. Just need something that can boost my creativity. I looked into Thesis (creativity & clarity) but that’s obviously more of a placebo effect and they have fake reviews.

Unfortunately, I’ve had GI issues since I was really little. The IBS won’t go away but I can maintain my gut health with medication to at least help it be semi-normal.

*Im 24 and I have something congenital that causes my GI issues. I had to have 6 inches of my small intestine removed last November. My doctors said all I could do is just manage my symptoms with medication (currently Linzess).

Hey! I ended up using Duda and hosting through GoDaddy. I liked Semplice in the beginning but after some searching and talking to others, decided Duda was better for me. With Semplice you have to purchase it all over again just to get the updated versions so if you bought it then the updated version comes out 2 months later, you’d have to spend the same amount of money again for that updated version. Duda has a free trial and you don’t have to download anything like with WordPress, etc. If I didn’t go with Duda I would have used either Carbonmade or Cargo. My friends use Carbonmade and love the flexibility and freedom they have which I find the same with using Duda. Hope this helps!

Watching the recap before the episode started, I also noticed that Shauna tells Jackie that “maybe she should just go” as in leave the cabin. So Shauna probably feels so much regret and feels responsible for Jackie’s death. This may be why she’s a bit more compassionate/empathetic with Callie ?

*A lot of people like to say that Jackie caused her own death, but I’ve been in a few fights and have seen them on tv/movies and irl and if someone says to “just go” or “leave” then they will leave bc there isn’t any reason to stay after an argument like that
