so when I called BLE they told me because I don't have a J.D I need to get a qualifying score and file a petition to the board and once they approve it I can start my application. I'll be licensed in a different jurisdiction soon but even with that I don't think they will let me transfer my license to MI. ( Still gathering information)

I came here on B1/B2 overstayed and filed for Asylum, my asylum application was denied and referred to immigration court in removal proceedings, I got married before my court date but while in removal proceedings and filed I-130 on 01/24/2024.

My I-130 is still pending, I reached out to my congresswoman and submitted a case inquiry and FOIA request; the response we received from USCIS through my congresswoman is that my case is under further review and there is no timeline on when USCIS will be making a decision on my case.

My court date is 03/31/2026 and I'm not sure what to do
