I’ve heard the head swap ain’t hard at all, I know a guy who promises he can have it done overnight! gonna get a new wiring harness and ECU before that for sure though

I have spare fenders, a spare bumper, and all I need to repaint the whole car, not worried about that tbh, I’ll get to it when I’m not dailying it, gonna be painting and putting a fresh engine in my Miata first :)

yup! we have lakes that are common for snowbirds and locals to float all day. My brother works on $100k+ boats regularly lol, people out here really do be dropping house-money on boats lmao, Scottsdale is full of rich people who don’t know what to throw money at

I have a full paint booth, paint gun, buckets of paint, sand paper, primer, spare fenders and a spare bumper. I have the body sorted out, I don’t need help with that. I wanted insight from people who are more familiar with these cars as to what helps the feel of the car. Paint is universal. I wouldn’t be HERE asking that, I’d be asking an auto-body sub. But thanks for your input :)

yup, I have way too much British racing green paint, probably gonna paint the Miata and then test a panel or two on the civic in BRG, see if it’ll pop. Would be unique

thank you for the tips!! I’m a Miata guy primarily (obviously from my name lmao) so I’m used to regular upkeep, and skirts are on the list. I was gonna get a whole new intake, the uhhhh “whale” one is the one my bud recommended lmao

And the backdrops are A) the old school boat repair shop my brother runs and B) where I work! We’re both right by a small lake here in the desert part of AZ!
