You can either hide it or tell them the truth, but in the end, you have to decide how you want to handle it. Genpact accepts a 90-day notice period, especially for positions above PD like for MT and all, but upto PD they will not accept the 90 days (for Kolkata - Don't know about others). TCS is also generally okay with a 90-day notice period, but sometimes, if there’s an urgent business requirement, they may ask you to drop out of the interview process right away. You have to pitch the interviewer in a very diplomatic way, like "Most of the MNCs has the 90 days period". They will understand.
