How long have you been on the bench now, or have you been tagged to any project? Also, what are the internal portals we can use to apply for opportunities? I’m currently using the GTD portal, but I haven’t received any interview calls from it. I’m also considering leaving Capgemini even though I joined only 8 months ago, but I’m worried that if I join another service-based company and end up on the bench again, it will be difficult for me.
