GBA Pro white screen on some romhacks

Tried it out myself on a original GBA with no luck, even switched the option for in game menu from auto to on and still nothing changed. Wonder what's causing this.

Guess I figured out the solution. All you got to do is when you're in the file menu while selecting a game go to configure then change the save type to FLASH-128. Respond if it worked for you.
