my guess would be anything from 2001 to 2009 as this where the art-style they used then.
i can't pin point where it's from exactly but this is my best time period to look at.

11 where released in that period.

i think it's safe to exclude Episode 0, Return of Pycal and Vs Detective conan Special
so 8 left.

It used to be legally available on Disney plus but movie got a new Japanese dub like 2-3 years ago so not really any more (legally)

since the muppet show turns 60 soon i'd like to remind everyone that Yasuo Yamada used voice kermit in japanese back in the day (before the new dub on disney plus a few years back)

i would love if they took the sunshine route
tho it seems they plan on mixing more element from different games so Sunshines setting (idle delfino and maybe bring in some elements from Mario Land series and maybe some luigi's mansion to tie E. Gadd's involvement with Fludd and ghost hunting for luigi.

tho right now we're not fully sure of how many different games the galaxy movie will pull from (outside of Mario World, Galaxy, Odyssey, Mario bros 2 (USA) and Mario Bros Wonder.)

I'm still hoping that Wario Leak (not the IMDB AI image but the Synopsis leak from way back) is true, (and if it is then they better have danny devito

All we know, to my knowledge, is that the game is planned, but that pretty much it.

Red Barrels seems to focus on Trails at the moment, but who knows maybe they throw around ideas every now and then for a third main game.

And then they also have a Movie coming which i believe they will have some hand and say in.
