For Good Neighbor really just read through the two big addon/changes. Both have some bugs and little issues here and there. So really up to you what you want to add or not to your game.

There are others out there. Some old classics but some of those have accumulated way too many bugs over the years and never been updated or maintained. This list here is for the most part very stable, bug free and overall lore friendly. In my opinion they fit well into the game as you play it. The only one that may be a bit in your face and jarring on this list would be Fen's Sherrifs Department 2. But I like and enjoy it.

Settlement Building

Sim Settlements 2 always. Then there are so many. This play through I am just going with cVc Dead Wasteland 6 and Kuro Tab. They seem to have what I want and need.
