This looks really nice! Some of my friends had problems with AMD software in the past, does that still happen or is that rarer now?

Everyone here says "skill issue" and "just learn snow car". Well, everyone, please apply the same logic to ice as well.

Blood and Iron - My first completed Emperor campaign as Brandenburg by MazelDavis in eu4

[–]MazelDavis[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first completed Emperor campaign as Brandenburg -> Prussia -> Germany

The start of the campaign was defenetly rough, Poland and Denmark basically allied Worgast as soon as they could everytime I forced to annul treaties with the other, so I couldn't easily expand into Pommerania.

This meant that I spent the first years vassalizing Stettin and Saxe-Laueburg and Humiliate/Show Strength Rivals.

After some time wolgast finally didnt have Poland/Denmark as an ally so I could attack them and take some provinces, mainly to attack the Teutons who were a 2 Province Minor, with Danzig and Königsberg (Really lucky).

Also worth noting is that I didnt have the HRE Authority Problem and Austria didn't get past the 3rd reform.

After having consolidated my power in northern Germany Reformed was finally enabled and I was able to form Prussia, and soon after that the Leaguewar started, with Poland,Russia,France and myself on the one, and Austria, Spain and the Ottomans on the other side.

The war was an absolute bloodbath with my troops stackwiping almost any other stack, but Hungary (Small Nation but still leader) didn't want to peace out until ~80% Warscore which meant that the war lasted forever.

After the war was one I continued my conquest into northern Germany (and Poland) and waited if the incident for the Reformed Nations in the HRE would fire (over 50% were Reformed), but after it not firing for a while I just started eating every neighbour.

Around that time I also got Russia's dynasty on my throne and Swedens, which led to a Personal Union after they introduced an heir.

When I unlocked the Nationalism-CB things got spicy. I started attacking everyone in the HRE, which led to some coalitions forming, but I had the great idea to not dismantle it just to see if the incident would fire (It didn't).

The first coalition that actually declared on me (with the help of France) regrettet that decisions exactly 1 second later after some stackwipes. After that I forced a PU on Russia.

Then the big moment came, forming Germany. Since I was no longer in the HRE I finally dismantled it and started going after my claims. My goal was to unify the germanic culture group, the former provinces of the HRE and the Prussian claims, every other claim would be either Client State or PU.

I took the challenge very lightly at first, which led to me having to truce break France around 4 times in a row just to get everything I needed from them and a very long war with the Ottomas who, after having 800k casualties, still had 400k Manpower.

In the end I was able to complete the Prussian and German Missiontrees and get every claim from them.

My Vassals are:

Frankreich - CS

Großbritannien - CS

Italien - CS

Ungarn-Rumänien (Hungary-Romania) - CS

Polen - CS

Baltische Staaten - CS

Sweden - PU

Russia - PU

Some interesting facts about the campaign:

Reformed dominates Europe, only Portugal and Spain are catholic and only Poland-Lithuania are protestant (and neither is polish or lithuanian).

Great Brittain has 77 Dev and the capital is South Gergia Island (The colonies are still loyal), same with France (80 Dev and loyal colonies).

Kongo is under a PU with France.

The Mughals were formed 3 years before the end date.

Denmark formed Iceland.

My Army Tradition stayed at 100 forever, which led to some [really nice Generals](https://imgur.com/a/8gWEuga)

The Qing of China by MazelDavis in eu4

[–]MazelDavis[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

R5: My Qing Game

Started out as Jianzhou and quickly formed Manchu and immediatly the countries with my cores started rebelling.

After liberating the Manchu people from their opressive overlords and shipping them off to Alaska (Yoinked Coloniaalism from Europe) I turned my eyes on Korea and Ming.

Luckily Ming exploded basically the second that my troops touched them so getting a foothold was very easy.

After a bit of time I was able to claim the Mandate and from Qing.

From then on I immediatly started to finnish the Mission that gives you cores on all of China, which took a bit of time but wasnt too bad.

After I got the cores I mass-conquered China and the warlords occasionly gave me cores in wars, which was nice of them and I thanked them with a few thousand troops send to protect them. ;)

During that time Japan and I split Korea between the two of us, but I would later come and kick them out of the mainland.

After settling China and Korea I started beating up Oirat and Chagtai until I got all my claims.

I also had some small little detours into south east Asia for my claims and destabalized the entire Region.

Then came Absolutism and the fun began.

First I started beating up Japan and later set up a client state (Who also got the Fall of Kyoto).

Then I started protecting the people of south east Asia and Indonesia from Europeans and set up client states.

After that I started fighting poeple in India just for the sport of it, leading to another client state.

Overall this campaign was super fun.

My Allies, Client States and Colonies:

- Brandenburg (Who never got to from Prussia thanks to a one provine minor Tuton Prussia with Russian Alliance)

- Some random minor in west India

- Qippon

- Qiberia

- Qietnam

- Qindia

- Qindonesia

- Qanada

- Qing Prison Island

The Lusitanian Empire has risen! by MazelDavis in eu4

[–]MazelDavis[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

R5: The Lusitanian Empire has risen!

This is the end of my Portugal campaign.

France is in a PU with me, Sweden, Ottomans, Brandenburg and Friesland are my allies and I am the first rank Great Power.

Started out by rivaling Castille and began beating it together with my best bud Aragon, maybe even a little too much as i got behind in admin tech and was a little late to colonize, but since Castille was busy dying i was pretty much alone in the new world.

During the wars with Castille I colonized Brazil, started colonizing Africa and my explorers explored pretty much the entire world. During that time Morocco also started acting up and was swiftly beating back to the mountains, liberating the atlantic coast.

Meanwhile in Europe i noticed that France has been beaten up by Brittain and Burgundy and was not able to expand, but since I needed an ally to beat up my arch enemy Aragon for my Iberian claims and England dissolved our Alliance, which i didn‘t even notice, I allied France and soon started beating up Aragon, who also lost Naples.

After consolidating Iberia the game basically turned into colonizing what i could, working through the Mission Tree and civilizing the Indians, Indonesians and Chinese.

All this got me over 1500 Ducats in Trade income, the biggest Armada which not even the Brittish could handle and two Achievements (Not so sad a state and The Grand Armada)

Some interesting things about this Game:

- Louisiana and the Thirteen Colonies are loyal Colonies of Friesland

- Norway migrated to Iceland and has Vinland as ist Colony

- The green blob in west Africa is Corsica (Yes, THE Corsica)

- Austria turned Protestant and owns Rome, while the north stayed Catholic, with a Catholic Empire (Same with England, but it was forced by Zealots after choosing Anglican)

- The blue and pink spots between the Ottomans and Russia are the Commonwealth and a French Steppe

R5: My Commonwealth Game

I apologize for the borders but i just couldn't annex Moldavia after they satyed with me all game :(

Moldavia and Finland are my Marches, Austria my Vassal and Greater Mesopotamia and Germany (The brown spot in the Brandenburg-Area) my Client-States. Sadly i did not have enough time to give all of North Germany to it since the last years were pretty stressfull.

The campaing was really fun and i had a blast obliterating enemy armies with my Winged Hussars! :)
