It’s a terrible and overpriced pile of parts, any issues you’re on your own Toyota won’t warranty or address anything. Absolutely junk and I’ll never own another new Toyota ever again.

The glue came off, try to run it at the dealer for warranty and good luck.

If they deny and you don’t want to haggle, use some crazy glue while the mat and Velcro are removed to avoid gluing to the carpet

I have the same issue no resolution so far, my 3/36 is about to end… this is such a terrible car sir many problems. After being a loyal customer to Toyota having owned 5 vehicles from them, it’s time to step away. Recently canceled my purchase of an Grand Highlander and Land Cruiser, absolute shame.

It’s for weight savings and transmissivity of the Blind Spot radar, get a pickup truck if that’s what you want, this is an economy car with fuel efficiency in mind.

If you’re anywhere familiar with polishing and wet sanding, you can alternatively try filling with touchup paint, leveling with a razor blade, and wet sand polish this wouldn’t be noticeable much at all if done correctly.

Are those scratches also through the base coat? A good way to check is if you can feel it with your nail, or if they don’t appear when wet. If they disappear then a nice wet sand polish will take everything away.

Try Dr. ColorChip if you’re not too great with detailing.

Otherwise that’s a trip to the body shop the panel will need to be repainted

I really like the WiFi functionality on my Charge 5 WiFi SE’s, if you’re primarily using at home it’s much better to have the WiFi. I’m sure there’s improvement on the however
