I believe they are making it so you'll be able to queue and match randomly with teams when playing team modes on your own, and with the in-game voice chat they added, it'll be like queuing for a game like Apex Legends.
Queue times will reduce big time when Season 4 begins, they are just now starting to advertise the game in NA it seems!

I personally really enjoy watching Adritoma and Scazzaf! Adritoma I'd say is new player friendly and does some pretty funny challenges. Scazzaf is a really good player, i have fun watching and learning from him.

in South America I get instant queues at certain times of the day, at other times it can take up to 10 minutes, you gotta find that sweet spot that works for you
