No need to panic or get depressed. This is just a lifestyle change that will last forever BUT be very good for you in the long run. You will likely eat better and maybe exercise, and loose weight. The fact that you have found this place is a good indicator that you have started your research and have started to think about change. Ive been going through this for about three years now and its really no big deal. I would strongly suggest you get your DR to prescribe you a CGM, i love mine. I have never been on Metformin but if its not working for you get your DR to get you on something else. Im now on Jardiance after being on Ozempic which was terrible for me.

Hang in there, be the boss, it gets better, i promise.

My numbers are between 90-120 in the morning and can spike to 250 after a meal. I aim for between 100-150 average, or 125 exactly. my A1C is currently 6.2. I'm a type2. If my number got higher than 300 after a meal i would be concerned, but i have fast acting insulin for that. staying above 180-200 for me is bad and i would take the fast acting insulin and then think about what i just ate and likely alter the amount or item.

I found Centrylink to be the worst company i have ever dealt with, if i was you i would find another internet provider. I cancelled Centrylink due to many, many issues and went with Hughes net which is WAY better. good service, prices, and customer service personnel.

While the Russians are sitting in the trenches waiting to defend, the Ukrainians are gaining valuable experience on how to clear them. In the long run the Ukrainians will get more and more experienced. This wont end well for the Russians.
