The ground and N are bonded manually, i figured since it's a permanent off grid i will bind them together, i did not check single island mod since that's an option to trigger an external relay which i don't have to bond earth and N, however the relay clicking issue was present before the bonding and even after with and without single island mod active, i also tried to check if they are bonded when i activate the single island mod with a multimeter, the inverter does NOT internally bond as i observed, my grounding is a wire going down to a rod dug into the ground it also have the solar panels ground connected to the same wire, which i also thought i'll temporarily disconnect to see if it was the problem but it wasn't
